If you are a newer reader here you may not know that I was inspired to start this blog while living in Denmark. The design aesthetic and thought process that come from the Danes are like none other. There wasn't a single day while I lived there, over the span of four years, when I wasn't influenced by some aspect of the city or countryside. From the graphics on a candy wrapper to light fixtures in a department store, there's never a single detail that wasn't thought out. My experience while living abroad was both life-changing, traumatic and beautiful. Maybe someday I will share my personal story of the journey it took me on, but for now let's simply focus on these gorgeous images and installation Jensen Retail Group created for Rødovre Centrum, a shopping mall in Copenhagen.
How fun is this dining table? I miss this tiny kingdom...time to think about booking a flight.
